To All USAG Boy’s & Girl’s Team Parents:

 

It is time to renew your athlete’s USAG #.  Please fill out the form below.  Please be sure to fill in your email address.  The USAG Girl’s Team will be billed via email for meets.  If you do not have an email address, please let us know and we will provide a written statement for you. 

ALSO - Put your check for $47.00 payable to Will-Moor in the Meet Fee box.  This will cover the fee to renew your athlete's USAG#.  Your athlete's USAG# will not be renewed until a check is received. You must have a current USAG# to keep receiving your USA Gymastics magazine.  Also, your athlete can NOT compete with an expired USAG # (they expire on July 31st).
